Warranty

• The warranty period begins on the delivery date and is valid for 2 years. During this period, maintenance, stone replacements, and color changes are performed free of charge.

• The shipping costs for products sent for maintenance are the customer's responsibility.

• Breakages, damages, scratches, lost parts, and wear caused by usage contrary to the instructions are not covered under the warranty.

Usage Instructions
To ensure the longevity of your Ametist Istanbul accessories, please follow these instructions:

• Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, or personal care products.

• Clean products made of metal, crystal, or precious stones with a soft non-abrasive cloth. Keep leather, fabric, and porous accessories away from fire and moisture.

• Store unused accessories in transparent zip-lock bags to preserve their color.

Coating
Ametist Istanbul products are coated with 0.44-micron gold to maintain their shine and quality for an extended period.

Returns and Exchanges

Return and Exchange Conditions:

• You can exchange products purchased from our online store at our physical stores or return them via shipping within 15 days of delivery.

• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

• Refunds cannot be processed at our stores. Refunds will be credited to your account within 3-10 business days due to bank procedures.

Return and Exchange Process:

• To initiate a return or exchange, simply create a request through the "Returns & Exchanges" section on your member page.

• Check the list of stores where you can make exchanges and complete your exchange at one of our stores.

Return Conditions:

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, clean, and undamaged.

• Products that are dirty, worn, or unsellable cannot be returned.

• For return requests made after the shipment of the order, the shipping cost will not be included in the refund amount.

• For orders that have not been shipped, the refund will include the shipping cost.
