Delivery Terms

Your orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment confirmation. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to the cargo branch, the shipping company will deliver your order within 1-3 days.

Delivery times for custom-made and personalized products may vary depending on the production process. Delivery information and timelines for such products are specified on the respective product pages.

In case of any delay caused by Ametist Istanbul, you will be notified via your membership contact information. Therefore, it is important that your membership details are accurate and complete. Deliveries are not made on public holidays and official holidays.

The products you purchase will be delivered to you by Ametist Istanbul's contracted shipping companies. After delivery, a notification email will be sent regarding your order. If any of the products you ordered are out of stock, you will be informed via email, and the date when the product will be back in stock will be shared with you.

In such cases, if you have made a payment for a product that is out of stock, the procurement period may take a minimum of 5 (five) and a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days. If the product cannot be supplied within the specified timeframes, your payment will be refunded to you.
