Can I shop without membership? You can shop without being a member. However, we recommend that you become a member so that you can follow up your orders and we can contact you when necessary.
3. Do I have to give you my ID number?
Your Tc ID number is used for billing.
4. Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices you see on Ametististanbul.com are prices including VAT.
5. How is my invoice sent?
Your invoice is sent to the e-mail address you entered when creating an order. Printed invoice is not sent.
6. Can I send a gift?
In our online shop, you can specify two separate addresses as delivery and billing address in the payment step. The shipment goes to the address you specify for delivery. Your invoice is sent to your e-mail address.

SWhen you activate the ‘I want gift wrapping’ option while creating an order, gift wrapping is done. You can also add your gift note in this step.

You can use the order note section for the details you want to specify in your orders.
9. What are your payment options?
You can shop securely with credit card or cash payment card (ATM). We do not offer payment at the door.

You can use your code in the ‘gift vouchers’ section above the complete order button on my basket page.
11. Are your products water resistant?
ÜOur products are water resistant, micron gold plated products on 925 sterling silver. Maintenance and modification is guaranteed for two years.
12. How should your products be maintained?
You can clean your silver and gold plated products with a soft cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners and store them in transparent ziplock bags when not in use.
13. How can I get information about the status of my order?
Updates about the order status are sent by e-mail. You can also follow the order status by logging in to your member account.
14. How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. You can contact our customer service for your cancellation request.
15. When will I receive my order?
Your orders are delivered within 2-5 working days within Turkey. Delivery time may be extended during campaign periods.
