You can shop without becoming a member. However, we recommend becoming a member to track your orders and for us to contact you when necessary.

3. Do I have to provide my ID number?

Your ID number is used for invoicing purposes.

4. Are your prices VAT included?

Yes. All prices you see on ametististanbul.com include VAT.

5. How is my invoice sent?

Your invoice is sent to your email address. Printed invoices are not provided.

6. Can I send a gift?

You can enter a different delivery and billing address. The shipment goes to the delivery address, and the invoice is sent to your email.

7. Do you offer gift wrapping?

If you select the gift wrapping option during checkout, your order will be wrapped. You can also add a gift note.

8. Can I add a note to my order?

You can use the order note section to add any details.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely with credit or debit card. Cash on delivery is not available.

10. How can I use discount codes?

You can enter your code in the “gift cards” section on the cart page.

11. Are your products water resistant?

Yes, our products are water resistant. They are made of 925 sterling silver with gold plating and come with a 2-year maintenance warranty.

12. How should I care for my products?

Clean with a soft cloth. Avoid chemicals and store in zip-lock bags when not in use.

13. How can I track my order?

You will receive email updates. You can also track it via your account.

14. How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel before shipment by contacting customer service.

15. When will my order arrive?

Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days in Turkey.

16. When are your discount periods?
